Extremely Worst Experience at Shelby Jynova Hospital! My elder brother Rajeshwar Singh was admitted in Male Ward, Bed No. 514 under Dr. Prateek Gupani. We experienced serious concerns regarding medicines supplied by the hospital, including substitutions without proper transparency. Within 3 days, his condition became critical, and we were forced to take an emergency discharge. Patient safety should never be compromised for billing. My brother, Rajeshwar Singh, was admitted in Bed No. 514 under Dr. Pratik Gopani. Unfortunately, our experience with the treatment was extremely disappointing and concerning. The medicines prescribed by the doctor were repeatedly substituted, and according to our experience, the overall medication and treatment resulted in his condition becoming worse rather than improving. The situation became so serious that, despite our concerns, we were forced to take discharge within just three days and seek further medical care elsewhere. We were genuinely worried about my brother’s life and well-being. I sincerely request everyone who is considering getting treatment here to be very careful. Please cross-check the medicines being prescribed and supplied, including any substitutions, and if possible, consult another qualified doctor for a second opinion. Very good Hospital... Got my Dad's knee replacement done there... through a robotic surgery done by Dr.Srisanat Rao. Extremely good experience. Vinitha was extremely helpful throughout the process. Thanks also to Chinmay for helping to coordinate everything.  Was very helpful, cooperative and communicative.... Thanks to all the nursing and support staff as well.
