The Nephrology department offers advanced treatment for a wide range of kidney diseases. The department is a major tertiary care centre and provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for kidney disease at any stage.

The Nephrology department firmly believes in a multi-pronged approach to control common, preventable and treatable kidney disorders such as Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), Glomerulonephritis, Diabetic Kidney Disease, chronic kidney disease (CKD) etc. The centre is equipped to offer emergency renal care for both acute and chronic renal failure. Hospital is also equipped to do related procedures such as kidney biopsy, temporary and permanent vascular access catheterisation, AV fistula constructions, intervention required if any for complications of permanent vascular access and AV fistula. Early detection and prevention of kidney diseases is done through patient education programmes like health talks, camps for awareness. dietary advice and timely medical intervention. Our nephrologists, along with other supportive services, are available daily for consultation at the hospital.

Our hospital is equipped with a Haemodialysis unit providing services as per SOP to rehabilitate patients with advanced kidney failure.
